For lower income taxes; repeatedly sponsored income tax reduction legislation including SB902 (2022), SB245 (2021), and SB640 (2020)

For Right-to-Work legislation; supported and helped pass legislation making Missouri a right-to-work state, and authored SB 182 banning union-only project labor agreements

Against Medicaid expansion; led fights against Obamacare Medicaid Expansion in 2021 and Bidencare Medicaid Expansion in 2022
Against HMO/health insurance taxes; opposed and helped defeat a proposed HMO tax in 2019

Against abortion rights; authored legislation strengthening informed consent requirements including mandatory ultrasound viewing, sponsored annual unannounced inspections of abortion clinics, authored the 2019 'Heartbeat Bill' (HB 126) banning abortion at 8 weeks with exceptions for race/sex/Down syndrome diagnosis prohibited, which included a trigger clause making Missouri first to ban abortion after Roe was overturned; described as anti-abortion
