Economic Policy

  • Against privatizing or cutting Social Security benefits; supports expanding benefits and improving cost-of-living adjustments

Business & Labor

  • For paid family and medical leave policies including the Healthy Families Act

Health Care

  • For protecting the Affordable Care Act and expanding Medicaid coverage; opposes Republican attempts to slash healthcare programs
  • For allowing Medicare to negotiate prescription drug prices and increasing transparency in pharmaceutical pricing
  • For the PACT Act providing healthcare and benefits to veterans exposed to toxic substances

Civil Rights

  • For protecting women's reproductive rights including access to abortion as protected by Roe v. Wade; supports comprehensive family planning services
